Rajesh Gupta
President, Manesar Industrial Welfare Association (MIWA)
It is an honour to serve as President of the Manesar Industrial Welfare Association (MIWA) and to work alongside the industries, entrepreneurs, workers and stakeholders who make Manesar one of the region's most important industrial destinations.
My vision is clear: to build a stronger, more connected and more responsible industrial community where industries grow, businesses prosper and people look forward to a better future.
As Manesar grows, so does our responsibility. MIWA must be a strong voice of the industry, bringing common concerns to the authorities, engaging meaningfully with government and stakeholders, and working towards practical solutions. It must also be a platform for collaboration, where members share knowledge and best practices, support innovation and build stronger business networks.
The future of Manesar rests on modern infrastructure, safety, cleanliness, sustainability, efficient civic services, skilled manpower, technology adoption and a business-friendly environment. Progress must also be inclusive. Economic growth, social responsibility and environmental sustainability must move together, with the well-being of workers and the surrounding community at the centre.
Challenges will always come, but when industries speak with one voice and work constructively with the authorities, we can create lasting change. I invite every member to take part in this journey. MIWA is a collective platform created by the industries, for the industries.
Together, let us build a stronger MIWA and a better Manesar.
